Since 1948, SAGA Engineering has designed and manufactured precision lapping, polishing, pitch polishing, and fine grinding machines for the optics, photonics, aerospace, and medical industries. Our engineers work directly alongside the shop floor to deliver new builds, turnkey systems, and full rebuilds and retrofits of existing equipment — all custom-configured to each customer’s specific process and production requirements. Machine capacities range from compact single-spindle units to continuous polishers up to 144 inches in diameter, among the largest available from any U.S. manufacturer.
